We
are committed to using local produce from the surrounding countryside
using producers that encourage good husbandry.
All
our poultry is free range and organic where possible, our fish comes
fresh from Brixham and our meat and vegetables are from local farms.
Our steaks are traditionally produced by local farmers rearing high
quality, naturally bred and fed Devon herds. All our steaks are
fully traceable and hung for at least 21 days to develop their full
flavour.
All
our desserts are homemade, our ice creams come locally from Childhay
Manor and all our cheeses are from the West Country. |
